Site Changes

Koha is up on the home server. When the server is up, it will appear under the owl icon. The static site remains unchanged. The system still has its original skin and there are no links to the internal site functions yet.

Added a frequently asked questions page under the Bios section that contains a list of answers to questions frequently asked by recruiters.
