First of all, I'd like to appologize if your vote or suggestion is not counted here. At one point I accidently deleted the vote.dat file before I could back it up. I'd also like to say that your preferences had no effect on our decision. Parenthood, after all, has nothing to do with democracy.

We did not get many votes, at least not many that I know of. Of the 22 votes we received, the overwhelming preference for last name was "Bondurant". You Bondurant voters will be happy to know that little Benjamin's last name is truely Bondurant. "Leslie" suggested "Gordon Bondurant", a possibility that we pondered at length and eventually abandoned for esthetic reasons. We also had a suggestion of "Mr. Bob" which, while tempting, would propably cause the poor tyke endless trouble throughout his life. There were a lot of "none's", but we tended to discount those since that was the default on the form. Strangely, no one voted for "Reagan". Perhaps the social/political winds are changing.

Preferences for sex were evently distributed between male and female. This even distribution bodes well for our society, although the lack of "neithers" and "boths" does not bode well for our sense of humor.

The voting results are as follows:

None xxxxxx
Gordon xx
Bondurant xxxxxxxx
Gorbon x
Bongor xx
Bong x
Gobor x
Gorbond
Bongo
Gorant x
Reagan

None xxxx
Female xxxxx
Male xxxxx
Neither x
Both xx

Two votes aren't mentioned here. These two were cast for "Bongo" and since they are the parent's votes, they overrule all the others. He will always be "Stark Bongo" to us.
